Took place on a very beautiful Septembers day on 27th Sept workshops for, Beginners Rumba (men and women).
Ladies Cuban styling and Men's Cuban styling, attitude and movement.

1pm to 2pm
The Cuban movement for men and women. Understanding where the movement comes from.
2pm to 3pm
Beginners Rumba for all all. Yambu and Guaguanco these will add another dimension to your Salsa
3.15pm to 4.15pm
Dancing Cuban Salsa with style for all. Cuban Styling and putting it into your Salsa.
4.15pm to 4.45pm
Music, dance and practice
Each workshop was 50mins long with a short break for a drink (provided) and to recharge the batteries.
You needed to be at a good beginners level of Salsa, i.e. know the basic step and turn both ways with ease.
Ladies please bring a long loose skirt for the Rumba class or a scarf.

The workshop are designed to give those that can dance the correct and extra body movements that can make the difference between looking as if you are just going through the moves or looking as if you are dancing the Cuban Salsa with an inner Passion. Even putting right small errors with hip movement can make a world of difference to what you look like. Some times you can be shy about putting style into your dancing because your not sure if it looks Ok. These workshops will show you how and give you the confidence to blow your partner away !
