The web site Dance Cuban was created to pass on and to encourage others to support and participate in the Love of Cuban Dance and Culture. By understanding Cuba's Heritage and the history behind Cuba's unique position in the world as the melting pot of the most wonderful array of dances that have ever come from one place. This we hope to achieve by teaching Cuban dance in the most authentic form that we know. By encouraging others to love the music and appreciate its roots.

  • about us..

    We have been dancing Salsa

for over 6 years and Rueda for 5 During this time we have been taught by some of the best teachers and dancers in the UK. Many from Cuba some more local. One thing they all have in common is a passion and love

for the ethos of the Cuban Dance.

Its this passion we have acquired

and want to pass on. Sharon also runs workshops in Ladies Cuban Styling, which teaches the girls

to put so much more into their Salsa. A skill gained from hundreds of hours of workshops and classes in London, around the UK and abroad.

We are also now organizing workshops for both men and women in how to get the Cuban movement into there Salsa.

Reggaeton, The music and rhythm is so powerful you can't  do anything but just put it all in with a whole bunch of attitude.

If a guy wants to dance he should dance Cuban Salsa.

Son, life is to short I need another 100 years and I will still be learning.
