Sat 18th at 3pm at the Forum in Norwich there will be a Rueda Demo, Salsa warm ups a bit of Cuban Dancing and Cuban Rumba Demo. It should last about 45mins so come along and see what’s its all about. You have seen it on Strictly Come Dancing. Now see it for real and the way the Cubans do it !!! Why not give it a try as well ?????????? and for information the track they Danced Rueda to on Strictly was from Los Van Van called “Tim pot con Birdland” and the track was way to fast for the poor guys to keep up with. But guess that’s the typical attitude of the BBC’s totally over produced peek time programs !
