Rueda classes start this week Wed Sept 3rd  at Gorleston near Great Yarmouth. All Rueda at all levels but basic Salsa is required. More info on our Rueda page.

Just to let you know that this Thursday’s ( 4th Sept ) at Sutton Staithe nr Norwich is the first one of the month so it will be Rueda. Sharon will be doing a complete beginners Rueda so if you want to brush up on your footwork then try it. If not my Rueda will be moving a little faster !!!!

Salsa Class and Club in Sutton, Norwich 

What a great night again. Last week we had some seasoned dancers come and they could not believe that most of you have only been dancing for a matter of weeks. All of the girls I danced with are getting very smooth and flowing Wow.

During the rueda the improvements kept on coming with the repetition of the rueda moves it’s such a help.

First dance Cuban Class

Hi, improvers,

This weeks salsa classes ( 28th Aug ) are going to be a little easier, but still full of stuff you will love.  

Please remember to look at Sharons class, not as beginners class but a class teaching you the footwork and styling that we all at some point or other need refreshing on. So don’t feel bad about taking the odd night to change class to sort out the bugs and get rid of a few bad habits. Its also nice to help out the beginners sometimes.

For a Salsa in Norwich on some Friday nights out check the Whats on page for the Keir Hardy Hall for the Cuban nights.

As for music check out our  Salsa Music click on the artists to get a taste of their music. I will add more when I have time.

Thanks for making it such a great Night and don’t forget about the Dance Cuban Party  in Sutton on 4th Oct. Bring a guest or two no matter if they can’t dance its going to be a very good night.

Hi to all my beginners class, just have to say how proud I am of your progress, the hard work and commitment really show. when I first started dancing it took me 6 weeks to do a simple turn Richard nearly gave up on me ! Now you are getting the steps we can introduce some styling to add more cuban flavour !looking forward to next week!

Thanks for making it a really good night again. Seeing both dance floors full and the Rueda’s getting everybody, and I mean everyone,  off the chairs, gives me such a buzz. That I need at least an hour to wind down before I can even think about sleeping. All this in sleepy old Sutton on a Thurs night as well,neat. Thank you again !

The tickets are now availible for the Salsa Party on Sat 4th Oct. Bring a partner, no problem if they don’t dance there’s a bar and its going to be a great atmosphere. What a brilliant atmosphere. We really enjoyed the whole evening from the class to the Rueda and dancing. At one time both floors were full of you guys, great to see. We both get such a buzz out of doing these Classes and what makes it better is that by the end of the evening its just like a club night. All this on a Thursday in Sutton, neat.  I have got a few photo’s, will up load them as soon as I can find a few Minutes not to mention having to figure out how to do it for the first time !!
